#587 Update 'blacklist' and 'whitelist' to more modern terms

This ticket is requesting that the terms 'blacklist' and 'whitelist' be updated to more modern terms, possibly something like allowed and declined. The blacklist and whitelist terms can be viewed discriminatory since it is basically saying white is good and black is bad.
