#512 Oracle support in db_prefs.php

Please add a following code to dbPrefs.open() in db_prefs.php same as abook_database.php.

function open() {

...

$this->dbh = $dbh;

/**
* field names are lowercased.
* We use unquoted identifiers and they use upper case in Oracle
*/
$this->dbh->setOption('portability', DB_PORTABILITY_LOWERCASE);

return true;
}

    I don't see any need for this because the field names are configurable in the configuration file (such as $prefs_key_field). Why won't putting that value in all upper case work?
