I think it would be nice if when there was an email address being displayed on a page (like in a message header) you could click on it to save that address. Also, when you send a message, the flash message that comes up on the next page could include a link that does this.

    I agree, it's a real hassle to add an address the way it is set up at the present.
    There should be a link on the inbox page next to the name and also on the message header to add the address, or even after a message has been sent to someone.

    Didn't both myself, and Paul Lesniewski answer this question on the -users (or even -plugins) list? There are two plugins that do just this. The abook_take which is shipped with SquirrelMail, and the abook_add, which you can find on the SquirrelMail website here http://squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=101.
