#438 Show only subscribed folders feature

I've created a patch against SM 1.4.3a and 1.4.4-rc1 to
provide the "Show only subscribed folders" feature
known from other mail clients. It's very useful for
environments where shared folders are used and you
can't motivate your users to periodically check for new
folders and subscribe to them.
I'd be happy to see this patch being integrated into SM.

BTW, I have already submitted the patches to the
patches section but decided to also add it as a feature

Maybe I'm missing the point (without looking at the patches)
based on your description. SquirrelMail will only show you
the subscribed folders in the folder list. I'm assuming
your patch does the opposite and allows users to display all
    folders regardless of subscription state?

You are right, the naming is misleading. As you can see the
patch files are called "show_all_folders" patches.
I know that SquirrelMail will only show the subscribed
folders. But most mail clients have an option to enable it
showing all folders regardless of subscription state. A
feature that SquirrelMail is missing and which is very
    useful in certain environments.
Having a look at the patches you'll see that it's quite
simple and I therefore believe it's a good candidate to be
    included into the distribution.

This is actually recommended in RFC 2683 (IMAP4
Implementation Recommendations) section 3.2.2. Other clients
    indeed also have this feature:

"show which mailboxes?: [] all [] subscribed only".

I've implemented this in our 1.5.x devel series.
