It would be very nice to add a flag in the LDAP
directory setup section to say which addressbooks you
can use the "List All" button on, and which ones you
can't.
For example - Company A has an LDAP server with 50
people in it. List all can be turned on.
University B has LDAP server containing 10,000 users.
List all is a "Bad Thing". :)
And, you know that _someone_ is going to have stuck
the bigfoot internet directory into their LDAP server
list, for which an accidental "List All" would be
really, really messy. :)
Just a concern.

LDAP listing in addresses page is not nice, but we are
working on it. See TODO tags in functions/abook_ldap_server.php
