#159 Misleading Address Book section title

"Add to Personal Address Book" section in "Addresses" tab is misleading when global address book is enabled; I thought global address books weren't working because I didn't see a section for it, but did see one for Personal address books. Should automatically change to "Add to Address Book" if global address book enabled.
