#111 CREATE "Sent Items" An object by the same name was found

SquirrelMail 1.5.1, PHP 5.1.1, Solaris 8
When I connect to an Exchange 2003 server, the left
pane shows this error message:

ERROR:
ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "Sent Items"
Reason Given: An object by the same name was found.

This makes it impossible to use the left pane for
navigation. We were previously running 1.5.1-CVS from
20051206_0000-CVS and did not have this problem. Also,
the problem does not appear when connecting to a Cyrus
IMAP server (with the mailboxes set to INBOX.Sent, etc.).

Please check if you can reproduce same error in 1.5.2cvs.
Some caching issues are fixed after 1.5.1 release.

If error is still present, please enable info plugin and
show results of tests 7 and 8
