#2562 pushy Subjects vs. digest index

When viewing a multipart/digest, there is no way to stop (e.g., spams
with) long Subjects from pushing the other fields way over to the
right, requiring painful horizontal scrolling in one's browser.

Sure, perhaps when viewing the list of messages in a mailbox, one can
configure widths, but not when within a digest message.
