I have seen this in version 1.4.7, and I don't see it
addressed in the changelog for newer versions.

Email usernames are treated as case insensitive for
mail and folders, but anything outside basic email
functioning (addresses signatures, preferences) are
treated in a case sensitive manner. So, you can log in
with either of these and see the same folders and mail:
info@domain.com
Info@domain.com

But addresses, preferences, etc set while logged in as
one variant aren't seen when logged in as the other.

This is obviously a small issue, but it sent one of my
users into a panic when they accidentally typed their
email in with an upper case letter, and I didn't figure
out what was happening until I stood over their
shoulder when they logged in.
