#1635 nonideal indenting of folders

Courier-IMAP has all folders be subfolders of INBOX,
meaning left_main indents them all to the right of INBOX.

I've been fixing this by editing left_main:

// $mblevel =
substr_count($boxes[$i]['unformatted'], $delimiter) + 1;

$mblevel =
substr_count(substr($boxes[$i]['unformatted'],
strlen($folder_prefix)), $delimiter) + 1;

but it seems there should be a better way. It seems to
me that if the default folder prefix (as set in
config.php) is "INBOX.", shouldn't left_main be smart
enough not to indent?

    Should it? I think it's more logical to display subfolders
    of some folder indented. If courier chooses to make
    everything a subfolder of inbox, we should follow that
    decision of courier and display them as inbox-subfolders, right?

    Why would courier make something a subfolder if it shouldn't
    be treated as a subfolder?

    Well, no. That's the whole point of a default folder prefix.
    Squirrelmail is alone of all mail clients I've ever used in
    not respecting the default folder prefix, actually; which is
    odd, considering it has a place for you to specify it, but
    then doesn't act on it.

    Good point. I'll look into it.

    This has already been fixed in devel, needs to be looked at
    for stable which uses different code for mailbox lists.

    I've fixed this in stable. Thanks for reporting!
