If you're running the latest beta of SQuirreL 1.1 (1.1beta4) you can
use Johans SQL Scripts plugin to do this. You can get information on
plugins from here http://squirrel-sql.sourceforge.net/plugins.html and
the download for the SQL Scrpts plugin is here
