Switched to newer style archetype which uses archetype-metadata.xml instead of archetype.xml (it allows fileSets with wildcards). Also adding resources such as documentation and integration-test data (although bug in archetype plugin causes NPE when attempting to integration test at the moment: see http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ARCHETYPE-355 for details)

+ 3. You may opt to apply the terms of the ordinary GNU General Public
+License instead of this License to a given copy of the Library. To do
