[Squirrel-sql-users] Automatic Edit of File with SQL Extension

Can the SQuirrel SQL Client be configured to accept automatic file opens,
i.e., into the SQL window, of double-clicked text files with an .sql
extension from the Windows File Explorer or the Windows Desktop?

I ask, because I have already tried associating the .sql extension and
pointing it to the "squirrel-sql.bat" file.  Now, on double-clicking a file
with the .sql extension, the SQuirrel SQL Client opens but the SQL window
is not brought forward nor does the selected file load into the SQL window
automatically.
