Lachlan,
We don't currently ship any JDBC drivers in the SQuirreL installer or
archives. The plugins add capabilities to SQuirreL that go beyond
what the JDBC API provides. They use the JDBC API and in some cases
vendor-specific capabilities provided by the JDBC driver. I'm glad
that Matt was able to help you get beyond this issue.
