[Squirrel-sql-users] DBASE 101

I thought I was good at databases but I need a crash course on databases.  
And on how to query databases.  I'm a hands-on type of person so if it has a 
sample database and way for me to use Squirrel or MS Access, that would be 
great.

Is there another website or websites to try to learn databases from basics 
to advance?
