You mean pressing the "List Drivers" button doesn't display any
drivers in the Class Name drop-down? If so, instead of placing it in
the lib directory, you link directly to it using the
"Add" button on the "Extra Class Path" tab.

The Oracle plugin comes with the installer now. That documentation
needs to be re-written.
