[Squirrel-sql-users] Opening file with many many SQL commands hangs SQuirreL for several minutes. Any workaround?

Hello, I am using SQuirreL for many years for many different databases... 
Great SW!



Now I have problem. I have a SQL several files each one with about 6.000 SQL
commands. I need to run each file against one database from time to time. 
But when I open this file, SQuirreL hangs for several minutes. Is there any 
nice workaround in GUI of SQuirreL? I guess something like run SQL from file
without opening in TextArea, bypass checking of SQL...
