Near the bottom of the export dialog select "Use formatting as 
configured in Global Prefs ..."

To configure the numeric type formatting in Global Prefs go to menu File 
--> Global Preferences --> tab Data Type Controls --> section "FLOAT 
REAL DOUBLE NUMERIC ..."
