[Squirrel-sql-users] SQuirreL SQL will not start.

Good morning everyone. I hope someone can help me.

I have installed SQuirreL SQL in my root directory because it would not in
Program Files. I tried a couple of things but ended up putting it in the
root, which should be fine. That's just background information in case it
is relevant.

When I try to start the application I get this error message. I have the
latest Java version and no older versions are installed on my Win10 PC.

How do I address this issue?
