Exported the aliases and tried deleting MySQL aliases (I have 2x).
Beforehand I checked if any of my aliases had connect on startup. None had.
Anyhow, this changed nothing at all.
Yes, I should be able to build Squirrel. I used to step through the code
of Ms Sql plugin a few years back in Netbeans.
