Sorry there are no such tags or branches.

The way a release revision can be found is to "git annotate" our change 
log located at sql12/core/doc/changes.txt in our GIT repository.

The line of interest in changes.txt is the one of with the SQuirreL version.

The revision number for the version 4.1.0 is: 
2275883a51889a738ba2d696fc5548aa21032b32
