[Squirrel-sql-users] Always show all 3 decimals for timestamps

Hi there,

while using SQuirreL SQL Client 3.9.1 we got some confusions with the display of timestamps.
The last 0´s of a timestamps milliseconds are trimmed, for example:

The timestamp 2020-10-26 09:00:05.100 is displayed as 2020-10-26 09:00:05.1

It isn´t wrong but it confused some people as we also use other SQL tools that always show them.

Is there a way to always show all 3 decimals for a timestamp?
