[Squirrel-sql-users] Compare DB table data

Hi all,

I am trying to compare the data of 2 tables after a migration. I have 2 sessions open so 1 to each DB in Squirrel. I see there are plug-ins that allow me to compare the data but I've no idea how to use them. 

Can anyone help me write sql in one session to get data from a table in another session to compare them please?
