Hi,
Originally I ran Squirrel SQL from Windows box quite a lot but having been moved on to a Mac some time ago and not having time to go through all the necessary reconfig to get it working correctly had switched to another SQL client. This morning I took the plunge and revived the app and installed it on my Mac and had no problems adding the new version (even remembering to add the jtds driver). However try as I might I have so far been unable to get a connection working to any of the databases that I regularly use. This is complicated by the fact that the Mac is on one windows domain with all DB access accounts making use of another. Reading back on my notes when I originally had this working on my old PC I have made sure that the jtds driver has been configured with the extra class path value set to the location of the jtds-1.3.1.jar file and also copying the ntlmauth.dll file to a number of locations to support SSO. Unfortunately nothing I have tried so far has worked and I am always presented with the "The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication...." error. Could someone tell me if what I'm doing (SSO to a different windows domain via a mac) is actually supported and if so how I get it working?
Many thanks,
Mark Tindall
