[Squirrel-sql-users] Clicking on Apply search as filter button in the object tree initiates massive download from the server and freezes UI

I accidentally hit the funnel button in the object tree with the empty search field and now the UI is frozen and Squirrel is downloading huge amounts of data from the server.
It is very painful as the hose between me and iSeries is only T1 1.5 Mbit and our database has a tens of thousands of objects, while a precious query is in the editor and not saved yet :(
