[Squirrel-sql-users] Elapsed Execution dialog is zero-width in SQL results panel

I ran a query in my Linux SQL client and there was a box in the SQL results pane that started counting 'Elapsed executiion time:  XXXX milliseconds'. I cancelled the query but subsequent queries show a very narrow box instead of the elapsed time.

I started up my Windows client and I see the same thing.

What do I need to do to see the elapsed time counter?

I am running version 3.5.0.
