[Squirrel-sql-users] shutdown taking a long time

[lvm <lvo...@ya...>]

I turned off automatic updates, yet it's still taking a couple of minutes to
shut down.  Most of the delay is occurring between first and second log
entries, but it's not clear what is occurring at that time.
