[Squirrel-sql-users] what to do with fw.jar

I have found no instructions on what to do with fw.jar.

I have found it in the Squirrel-sql-3.4.0\lib directory.  Do I just replace
it, or is there an install process?

What exactly is the purpose of fw.jar?
