Native JDBC drivers for Access do exist, but I believe they are all
commercial. If you're willing to pay, the answer to your question is
"yes".
If you're not, then you need to investigate why you can't define an Access
data source for your (I presume) 64-bit ODBC. It's probably just a matter
of locating and downloading the right drivers from the MSFT website, then
it should work the same as 32-bit ODBC.
