Here is what was returned to me:
C:\SQuirreL\squirrel-sql.bat
\Java\jdk1.7.0_04\bin\bin\javaw.exe was unexpected at this time.
I'm not sure where it's getting the double "bin\bin".

You might try opening a DOS window (Start/Run/Cmd), and executing the bat file from there. That way you would see the errors generated.
