Try this:
1. place a copy of arialuni.ttf in the jre home lib/fonts directory
2. shutdown SQuirreL SQL Client if it is running and restart it
3. open the Global Preferences window and click the fonts tab
4. enable Other fonts and choose Arial Unicode MS, 12 for the font
