What you can do right now is to execute a query and then do a CSV export of the
displayed result table. This table is usually limited to a certain number of
rows and so is the CSV export.
What I have in mind is
1. to right click a table in the Object tree and export its complete contents to
a CSV file.
2. to right click (or ctrl+t) a SQL statement in the SQL editor and without any
line limit export its result to a CSV file,
I hope you see the difference. It's fine if the existing feature is already
working alright for you.
