To have one result tab permanently go to menu File --> New Session Properties
--> Tab SQL. Set "Maximum limit of SQL Result Tabs" to 1.
For a sort of similar feature right mouse click the head of a result tab and
choose the "toggle sticky" option. The tab then gets a pin label. All further
results will got to that tab.

You can't have more than one SQL tab but you can open further SQL Worksheets for
the same Session using the ctrl+n short cut or menu Session --> New SQL Worksheet
