The recyclebin feature is turned on. There are several ways and depths of
cleaning:

  PURGE TABLESPACE USERS;
  PURGE TABLESPACE USERS USER SPI;
  PURGE RECYCLEBIN;
  PURGE DBA_RECYCLEBIN; 

To directly drop without recyclebin:

  DROP TABLE <ZZZ> PURGE;

or disable the recyclebin.
