There is also the macosx plugin and the mac_dist target in the main build.xml which are supposed to produce an appropriate mac package - I produced them back in September. They are in CVS and I'm not aware of any problems with them. However I guess if someone else has more time to produce a better implementation then these ought to be depreciated.
