Hi Mert,
perhaps it is simple: Go to the "File" menu and choose the "New Session
Properties" item. This brings up the same dialog as the Session
properties dialog. The difference is that any settings you change here
will be applied to all Session you open from that time on.
If this doesn't solve your problem please give me some more details.
