Drivers are supplied by the DBMS vendor or a thirdparty. In the case of
MySQL you can get the drivers from
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/
along with documentation on how to install them. The SQuirreL help file
(About/Help) will tell you how to access the driver from SQuirreL.
