Tim, Use <ctrl> q to quit rather than <apple> q - or from the menu use file->quit rather than apple->quit. Squirrel SQL doesn't integrate with some of the apple specific menu structure appropriately. I've got a small plug-in which (along with some changes in core) makes this work properly so that this works properly. Unfortunately I've not been able to give it to Colin successfully yet and will not be around for the next week to send it directly to you. However, when I quit Squirrel all the settings seem to be forgotten- every time I start Squirrel I have to start from scratch. Any ideas? Might it be failing because it doesn't have write permission in the apps dir..?
