From the Help file:
"The List Drivers button will place the class names of all the JDBC
drivers in the currently selected jar file into the Class Name
dropdown."
If the Class Name field is going blank then you probably haven't
selected the JAR file that contains the driver before pressing the
button.
There is a bug that manifests itself with a driver that requires more
than one jar file (such as the Microsoft JDBC driver for MS SQL Server)
where the List Drivers button will simply blank the Class name field but
if I remember correctly JConnect only uses one jar file.
