[Squirrel-sql-users] non-ASCII characters not being displayed - bug?

Hi Folks,

I've just noticed that accented characters are not
being displayed correctly in squirrel 1.1-final.
The effect is similar to that of displaying user-defined
data types that I reported at the start of the month.
Over here in Old Europe we are fond of accented
characters like the French accent aigu (e.g. René)
or the German Umlaut (e.g. grün) - I hope these
characters display correctly on a US locale.
Anyway, if a column contains a word that has the
accent aigu, then squirrel shows that word as an error
as follows:

John
Tom
Dave
<error>
