This should work now. The Oracle plugin adds several new nodes to the
object tree including a "PACKAGE" node. Under this node the stored
procedures should be grouped by their package. Let me know if this
doesn't work for you.

With everything else happening with SQuirreL at the moment I don't have
any time to work on the oracle plugin, however a couple of people have
expressed an interest in taking on further development of the Oracle
plugin so I'll pass on your request and we'll see what happens.
