[Squirrel-sql-users] File missing from the Windows distribution for SQuirreL SQL Clien t 1.1beta3

The batch file addpath.bat was missing from the Windows distribution of
1.1beta3. Its a simple batch file consisting of the following line.

set TMP_CP=%TMP_CP%;%1

Either create this batch file in your main SQuirreL directory or wait for
tonight when 1.1beta4 will be released with this fix.
