You cannot upgrade from 3.2.1 to 3.3.0 directly without changing the
settings for the update site. This is, because we have moved the update
site to sourceforge.
Please have a look at this post

the new settings.
Otherwise, you have to upgrade to 3.2.2 (the only change is the update
site setting) and then do the upgrade to 3.3.0.
You can force the update by Help => Software Update. Then apply the
changes (SQuirreL will download the new packages). To finish the update,
you must restart SQuirreL.
Otherwise, you can download a fresh copy of SQuirreL from Sourceforge.
But, the missing source-tab of a view, should not depend on 3.2.1, 3.2.2
or 3.3.0. Please, check if you have the oracle plugin enabled.
