Hi Richard,
steps to check, if the Oracle Plugin is enabled:
Open the Menu "Plugins" => "Summary"
Then ensure, that the Oracle Plugin is enabled to load at startup. If
not, enable it and restart SQuirreL SQL.
I have ensured, that the function still works in 3.3.0
