I was using the snapshot, but now when I try to download the latest
version 3.3 I can download the fw.jar but nothing happens after that? Is
there another download somewhere?

3.3.0 is the latest stable version. The snapshot you have there is a
bit older.

Just a quick note to say that the "auto update" message that appears
asking if you would like to upgrade to the latest and greatest was
not working for me. On clicking 'Yes' it would stop squirrel from
responding
(even after leaving it some 12 hours).
Doing the process manually via Help->Software Update->Check however
worked.
(This was from version 3.2.2 -> 3.3.0)
I like the new shiny icons for the various tables/proceedures/indexes
etc
on my oracle database, very nice :D
