[Squirrel-sql-users] Win 7 - Could not find the Main class

I am trying to run Squirrel SQL 3.2.1 in Windows 7 but I keep getting the same error:

"Could not find the main class: net.sourceforge.squirrel_sql.client.Main. Program will exit"

I have tried all the tips that I have found on the internet, i.e using 32-bit JRE, fixing the classpath , and running from a Command window in Administrator mode. Nothing works.

Any help will be much appreciated.
