[Squirrel-sql-develop] problems installing on win7 - workaround

hi,

i had some issue to get it working:
 (1) cannot install on win7 64bit => i selected
\User\user\AppData\Local\SquirrelSQL
 (2) with "real" oracle you need jdbc driver from sql-developer (for xe, all
thin driver does the job), anyway connection cannot established behind vpn
 (3) the startup .bat file has a misstyping in the very beginning where
IZPATH inherited from JAVA_HOME. A tailing % is missing.
