[Squirrel-sql-translators] 3.1 release

Hello,

Just a quick note to announce that we are planning to release SQuirreL
3.1 in early February.  It features a new editor (rtext from
fifesoft), a new plugin (Netezza) and some other enhancements.  There
have been some new messages introduced since the 3.0 release.  Let us
know if you need more time to look over the translation that you
maintain.  As always, thanks for your help in making SQuirreL a great
application.
