[Squirrel-sql-translators] Korean(ko_KR) translation

Hi Folks,

I'm Youngwoo Kim. It seems that my first email was not deliverd properly so
I re-send my email.
I am really appreciative of all developers and contributors. SQuirreL makes
my work much easier. It's very useful for me. :-)

I've been translating the messages into Korean(ko_KR). please check out,

The jar file name sould be 'squirrel_sql_ko_KR.jar'. It's incomplete but
important messages are done, and I'll translate rest of the messages ASAP.
