As a user i want to save my alias from db to a file so i can load them in a new installation

Have you tried the "Import/Export Aliases" available from the "Aliases" main menu , or the "Aliases" pane toolbar, or the context menu (right-click) in the "Aliases" list/tree?

Yes this Feature Request is in the new Version 4.1.0 already implemented. So it can be closed from my side.
